Supporting and raising awareness of the LGBTQ+ community

Providing employee training and e-learning programs to enhance awareness among employees and stakeholders. In addition, collaborating with stakeholders to promote social inclusivity through fashion, as well as campaigns and donations supporting marriage equality in Japan.

Promoting Gender equity

Providing career development training and e-learning programs to support women's careers, regularly conducting training on unconscious bias to tackle traditional gender role stereotypes, and actively participating in initiatives that support the career growth of young women.

Promoting Employment of People with Disabilities

Actively promoting the employment of people with disabilities by providing an environment where they can work authentically and offering reasonable accommodations. In addition, conducting employee workshops and establishing a community for employees with hearing impairments to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace.
In the "2024 Excellent Company Award for Employment for Persons with Disabilities," our company received the"JEED Chairman's Award" and one of our part-time staff received Two Prestigious Awards
