In the "2024 Excellent Company Award for Employment for Persons with Disabilities," our company received the"JEED Chairman's Award" and one of our part-time staff received Two Prestigious Awards

On Friday, August 30, 2024, our company received the "2024 Excellent Company Award for Employment for Persons with Disabilities (in Chiba Prefecture)" and Nana Yajikawa, a part-time employee with a disability who works at our logistics center "ZOZOBASE Narashino 2," received the "JEED Chairman's Award for Effort" as an outstanding Worker.

The "Excellent Company Award for Employment for Persons with Disabilities" is organized by the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers, and the prefectural branches of the organization present awards to workplaces that have actively employed a large number of people with disabilities and to people with disabilities who have worked for a long time as exemplary workers, in order to promote the employment of people with disabilities and ensure job security.

In addition, Nana Yajikawa also received the"Governor's Award for Merits in Social Welfare Services : Self-reliance and Rehabilitation Category" on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

The "Governor's Award for Merits in Social Welfare Services" is hosted by Chiba Prefecture and is awarded to people who have overcome their disabilities, become self-reliant and become role models for other people with disabilities, as well as to people with disabilities who have made particularly outstanding achievements.

Nana Yajikawa, who has won two awards, was evaluated for her stable, long-term employment and her positive and proactive approach to various tasks, while maintaining good communication with people around her.

In addition to actively employing people with disabilities, we also create opportunities to promote understanding of disabilities and communicate with people with disabilities so that they can work in a way that is true to themselves.

• Holding joint events with companies that provide support for the continued employment of people with disabilities and special needs schools
