This strategy highlights what we truly value: fashion and technology. These are not only our greatest strengths but also the very fields we will continue to explore and evolve in.
ZOZOTOWN has reached its 20th anniversary, built on the incredible support of so many, with deep gratitude. Over the years, we have launched various services and businesses, each one building on the last. And now, we are ready to take another bold step forward.
With our love for fashion and the technical expertise we have cultivated over time, we are aiming to go beyond fashion e-commerce and unlock entirely new possibilities.
One area we are especially excited about is developing fashion-focused AI agents. We're taking on the complex challenge of what it truly means for something to "your style" —and using those insights to offer personalized fashion suggestions that reflect each customer's individuality and tastes. We want to deliver new encounters with fashion—ones that surprise and inspire—through all kinds of channels.
We’re also accelerating our global strategy, as another growth driver. We recently welcomed Lyst, a leading global fashion shopping platform, into the ZOZO Group. This marks a major milestone as we expand into overseas markets. ZOZO and Lyst share key strengths in fashion and technology, and we believe the synergy between our teams will help us create even more value.
Beyond that, we are strengthening our production support service by gaining control over the upstream supply chain through our proprietary systems. And within ZOZOTOWN, we are exploring new categories beyond apparel and cosmetics, while also finding creative ways to attract a broader range of customers.
