Various Events Held at the Logistics Center "ZOZOBASE" to Ensure Employees "work with fun"

At our company, we believe that for our corporate philosophy to be realized, it is essential for employees to "work with fun." Therefore, we aim to create a work environment where everyone can continue to work with fun, and we host various events at our logistics center "ZOZOBASE."

In the fiscal year 2023, we held 23 internal events incorporating ZOZO's unique style, with the aim of promoting communication and enhancing engagement among employees.

These events featured elements such as the distribution of original merchandise and games that required cooperation among employees, adding a creative twist. Additionally, to support local revitalization, we invited food trucks from local restaurants.

Participants shared feedback like, "The events provided opportunities to discover new aspects of each other," and "I got to talk to many people for the first time, which expanded our communication network and made work more enjoyable."

Moving forward, while cherishing the mission of "Smile Delivery" at the logistics center "ZOZOBASE," we will continue to strive to create a work environment where everyone can thrive.
