Consecutive Three-Year Achievement of the Highest "Gold" Rating in PRIDE Index 2023

We have achieved the highest "Gold" rating in the "PRIDE Index 2023" for the third consecutive year, following our previous recognitions in 2021 and 2022. The PRIDE Index, formulated by the voluntary organization "work with pride," aids in promoting and establishing diversity management related to sexual minorities such as LGBTQ+.

In April 2021, we launched our Sustainability Statement, "Fashion Connects and Leads us to a Sustainable Future.," and defined "Four KeyActions.”Promote diversity, equity & inclusion among everyone involved in fashion” is one of these critical actions.

During this year's Pride Month in June, we supported "Marriage For All Japan – Freedom to Marry for All" and "Certified NPO ReBit" through donations and endorsed "Business for Marriage Equality" (*). We also enhanced our commitment by conducting diversity training targeted at our management and providing e-learning opportunities for all employees to learn about SOGI harassment.

We are committed to continuing our active efforts in disseminating information and taking initiatives in DE&I for a better understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues, contributing to a society where every individual involved in fashion can unleash their full potential.
