The Company was founded on May 21, 1998.
When were ZOZO’s shares listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange?
We were listed on the Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 11, 2007. We were subsequently transferred to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 29 2012. In April 2022, we transitioned to the Prime Market, a new market segment introduced by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The security code is "3092".

The record date is the end of March 31 for the year-end dividend, and September 30 for the interim dividend.
How much is ZOZO ‘s annual dividend?
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, we plan to pay an interim dividend of 19 yen per share and a year-end dividend of 20 yen per share, for a total annual dividend of 39 yen per share.

Dividend payments can also be received at any branch office of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (excluding Consulting Offices and Consulting Plazas). When receiving the payment, you may be asked to present documents verifying your identity for customer identification procedures.
*Please note that in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, if dividends are not received within three years from the commencement date of payment, the Company shall be released from the obligation to make such payment. We kindly request that you receive your dividend at your earliest convenience.

Interim Dividend Receipts are scheduled to be sent around November, and year-end Dividend Receipts around June.
When is the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held?
