Discussion with the ZOZO Executive Officer Published in the Integrated Report of Adastria Co., Ltd.

We held a discussion between Ms. FUKAGAWA Tomoko, a General Manager, Sustainability Management Office, Administration Division of Adastria Co., Ltd. and Christine Edman, an executive officer of ZOZO. The two companies discussed common issues in fashion and sustainability, ESG initiatives, and future prospects.The content of this dialogue is included in the "Integrated Report 2024" published by Adastria Co., Ltd.

In the dialogue, we discussed and shared opinions on the initiatives being implemented by each company in a wide range of areas, including governance enhancement, sustainability information disclosure, user approach, and human capital.

Regarding future ESG promotion, "As a platformer, partnerships that involve stakeholders are key for ZOZO," said Edman. And "Sometimes we want to go beyond the industry and connect with various companies, people, and local communities, while aiming for a transformation to a sustainable fashion business," said Ms. FUKAGAWA, confirming that they will continue to work together to sincerely address industry issues while sharing common aspirations.
