Two Consecutive Years of Recognition as "Best Workplace" in D&I AWARD 2023

We have been recognized for the second consecutive year with the highest scoring “Best Workplace” certification at Japan's largest award for leading D&I companies, the "D&I AWARD 2023" (*).

In April 2021, we launched our Sustainability Statement, "Fashion Connects and Leads us to a Sustainable Future.," and defined "Four Key Actions.” One of these key actions is to promote diversity, equity & inclusion among everyone involved in fashion.

This year, we have further advanced our efforts by conducting diversity training for our management and providing learning opportunities about SOGI harassment through e-learning for all employees.

Moving forward, we are committed to actively disseminating information and initiatives on DE&I, contributing to a society where everyone involved in fashion can unleash their full potential.
