Improve Operational Efficiency and Reduce Paper Consumption by Introducing Electronic Contracts

 

In May 2020, we introduced cloud signage, an electronic contract service, as a means of concluding contracts with more operational efficiency and less paper consumption. The use of online-based electronic contract services not only reduces personnel costs, but also promotes telework and strengthens compliance by reducing the time required for signing and other operational efficiencies. In addition, when calculated from the number of contracts

(*) based on cloud-based electronic contracts issued over a one-year period starting in May 2020, this led to a reduction in the use of about 9600 sheets of paper resources, which also contributed to a reduction in environmental impact compared to before the introduction. Going forward, we will continue to develop an environment that supports a diverse range of work styles for our employees and promote environmentally conscious initiatives.
