ZOZOTOWN was awarded the very first “HDI Five Star Recognition” in the apparel industry.

The online fashion website “ZOZOTOWN” ( operated by Start Today Co., Ltd. (CEO Yusaku Maezawa, Headquarters in Chiba city) customer support center has received the best review, the “Five Star Recognition” certified by HDI-Japan. This is the very first recognition within the apparel industry.

The “HDI Five Star Recognition Program” evaluates the overall management of support centers and employees etc., of companies that have received three stars of the “HDI rating bench mark”. This bench mark is awarded to companies with excellent service, from a customer’s point of view.

Start Today (ZOZOTOWN) received a three-star evaluation of “HDI rating bench mark, contact window department” in 2013, 2015 and 2017. Regarding the “Support center recognition”, we received high ratings in the “Leadership” and “Employee management” categories, which resulted in our receiving of the five-star recognition.
