Logistics Centers"ZOZOBASE NARASHINO" Recognized as "Friendly Office Full of Smiles"

On Monday, January 29, 2024, our logistics centers "ZOZOBASE NARASHINO 1" and "ZOZOBASENARASHINO 2" were recognized as "Friendly Office Full of Smiles" for our various efforts to improve and adapt employment management and workplace environments to better support the continued employment of individuals with disabilities.

"Friendly Office Full of Smiles" is a certification by Chiba Prefecture aimed at promoting and understanding the employment of individuals with disabilities. This recognition is given to businesses that actively employ individuals with disabilities and foster a workplace where both individuals with and without disabilities work together harmoniously.

Our company collaborates closely with support organizations and special education schools, regularly hosting workplace training sessions and facility tours for job seekers, thereby actively providing employment opportunities. Additionally, we offer training for our employees to deepen their understanding of "disability," aiming to create an environment where everyone can work in their own unique way.

Moving forward, our company will continue to strive to create an environment where each individual can realize their potential through the promotion of DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
