"Integrated Report Portal FY2025" is Released

ZOZO, Inc. (headquartered in Chiba City, Chiba; Representative Director, President & CEO: SAWADA Kotaro), which operates the fashion e-commerce ZOZOTOWN, has released the "Integrated Report Portal FY2025." (*1) This portal aims to provide shareholders, investors, and a wide range of stakeholders with integrated access to the ZOZO Group’s financial statements and sustainability-related financial disclosures for FY2025, fostering deeper engagement and dialogue.

The "Integrated Report Portal FY2025" features a CEO message from SAWADA Kotaro, Representative Director, President & CEO, outlining the path toward the ZOZO Group's next stage of growth. Under the Medium-Term Business Plan announced in April 2026, which targets 90 billion yen in Adjusted EBITA for the fiscal year ending March 2030, the message presents a growth strategy of developing new revenue pillars, with ZOZOTOWN at the core, across the three business domains of More Fashion, Near Fashion, and Global. The message also addresses megatrends that could significantly transform the structure of the fashion industry, alongside its approach to enhancing medium- to long-term corporate value and achieving effective corporate governance.

A CFO message from YANAGISAWA Koji, Director, Executive Vice President & CFO, introduces the Company’s capital policy of pursuing investments for discontinuous growth while maintaining shareholder returns based on its policy of a dividend payout ratio of 70% or higher. These growth investments include the strengthening of the Company’s logistics infrastructure through investment in the new logistics facility ZOZOBASE NARASHINO 3; making HIGH LINK, INC., which operates the comprehensive fragrance platform Coloria, a wholly owned subsidiary; and global expansion centered on Lyst, a well-known fashion shopping platform in Europe and the United States, and ZOZOFIT, the ZOZO Group’s 3D body scan technology primarily available in the United States.

The portal also newly features a CTO message from SEO Naotoshi, Executive Officer & CTO. The message outlines the Company’s technology strategy for driving non-linear growth with AI, including company-wide AI utilization in which 97% of employees use generative AI (*2), the redesign of business processes based on the Company’s proprietary AI utilization index, the "All ZOZO AI Readiness Score (AZARS)," and the development of a "fashion-specialized AI agent." It also addresses developing the talent and organization required in the AI era, as well as strengthening AI governance and security.

In addition, the portal introduces the ZOZO Group's Financial Highlights, Value Creation History, and the results of a questionnaire conducted as part of its regular supply chain due diligence.

ZOZO aims to utilize this portal as a communication tool based on its sustainability statement "Fashion Connects and Leads us to a Sustainable Future," for constructive dialogue with the stakeholders, expanding its efforts to engage with and address environmental and social issues. By further advancing its sustainability initiatives, the Company is committed to realizing its corporate philosophy of "Inspire the world. Deliver joy every day."
