"Integrated Report Portal FY2024" is Released

ZOZO, Inc. (headquartered in Chiba City, Chiba; Representative Director, President & CEO: SAWADA Kotaro), which operates the fashion e-commerce ZOZOTOWN, has released the "Integrated Report Portal FY2024." (*1) This portal aims to provide shareholders, investors, and a wide range of stakeholders with comprehensive disclosure of the Company’s financial information and sustainability-related non-financial information for FY2024, fostering deeper engagement and dialogue.

The "Integrated Report Portal FY2024" features a CEO message from SAWADA Kotaro, Representative Director, President & CEO, outlining the five growth strategies based on the Company’s management vision, as well as its ESG initiatives for value creation. The portal also introduces a new human resources strategy, "Creating a Happy Community Through the Power of Trust," (*2) which positions diverse personalities and abilities as the source of value creation. This strategy reflects the Company’s commitment to empowering each employee to leverage their strengths and expertise, contribute to colleagues and society, and find fulfillment and happiness in being a trusted presence. 

A CFO message from YANAGISAWA Koji, Director, Executive Vice President & CFO, highlights initiatives to accelerate global expansion. These include the acquisition of LYST LTD, operator of the global fashion shopping platform "Lyst,", and the signing of a MOU for a strategic partnership with the South Korean fashion company MUSINSA Co.,Ltd. The CFO message also introduces future investment strategy and technology-driven initiatives, such as the commencement of operations at a new logistics center "DPL Tsukuba Central," the renewal of outfit-sharing app "WEAR by ZOZO" with its new AI-powered "Fashion Genre Assessment" feature, as well as the launch of a dating app "ZOZOMATCH."
