Participated in DE＆I・LGBTQIA+ awareness events sponsored by LVMH Japan

As part of the "Promote diversity and inclusion among everyone involved in fashion" initiative, which is one of the Key Actions in promoting sustainability, we participated in the "LVMH Pride Month Collaboration Event" sponsored by LVMH Moët Hennessy ‐ Louis Vuitton Japan K.K. ("LVMH Japan"), with the aim of clarifying the essence of issues related to LGBTQIA+ and expanding awareness.

On the day of the events, LVMH Japan's student ambassador and LVMH Japan, the Group's Maison companies, Suntory Holdings Ltd., and Johnson & Johnson Nippon Corporation Group participated, with each company presenting its initiatives for LGBTQIA+ and discussions with student ambassadors.

In the Group discussions, we actively discussed what initiatives should be promoted both inside and outside the company in order to realize a more diverse and comprehensive society.

We will continue to realize a society where everyone involved in fashion can demonstrate their potential through not only internal DE&I promotion, but also LGBTQIA+ community-oriented actions.
