Represents ZOZO's Mindset for 2020 New Year's Greetings

We give our business partners and employees New Year's greetings every year. We plan and produce an original package that incorporates the company's aspirations for each time. Last year was a turbulent year for us, including the appointment of a new president and a business alliance with Yahoo Japan Corporation (currently Z Holdings Corporation). In 2020 New Year’s Greetings, we presented "Genkotsu Senbei (very hard rice cracker)" to express our desire to keep the mindset that has remained firm and unchanged since the company's founding, even in the various changes. In addition, employees were given "Genkotsu Senbei" with an original omikuji written with one of the following: "Super Daikichi" (very good luck) to "Super Daikyou" (very bad luck).  The employees who received them showed each other the contents of the omikuji and welcomed the beginning of the work week with a first smile.

This year, we will continue to provide better services together with our business partners and local residents with the aim of realizing our corporate philosophy of "Inspire the world. Deliver joy every day."
