The online fashion website “ZOZOTOWN” (http://zozo.jp/) operated by Start Today Co., Ltd. (CEO Yusaku Maezawa, headquarters in Chiba city) has experimentally introduced an optional shipping fee of our customers’ choice from October 1^st 2017, where customers can select a desirable shipping fee, regarding their financial situations.

  Start Today has announced information of how our customers are using this service, by revealing the prefecture ranking of the “average shipping fee of customers’ choice”, “the percentage of customers who have selected 0 yen shipping fees”, and “the average shipping fee of customers’ choice by each prefecture”.

*The scope of this information is between October 1^st Sunday noon ~ October 23^rd Monday midnight. This prefecture analysis for the ranking was made based on the shipping address of each order.
