Implemented Measures to Raise Safety Awareness at ZOZOBASE, Logistics Centers, during the National Safety Week

Aiming to create a working environment in which everyone can work safely and smile, we implemented the "Safety Announcement" in-building broadcasting at our logistics centers, "ZOZOBASE," which incorporates attitudes and measures to prevent dangers during work during the "National Safety Week" from July 1 (Friday) to July 7 (Thursday) 2022, as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

In April 2020, "ZOZOBASE" established the Safety Management Department, which specializes in creating safe and secure working environments.

As part of its efforts to create a safe and secure workplace environment, "Safety Announcement" is an initiative led by the Safety Management Department designed to enable employees to listen to and enjoy their work while enhancing safety awareness.

In addition to "Safety Announcement," we are making concerted efforts to create an environment in which employees can work safely and securely, with the participation of employees other than the Safety Management Department. This includes safety education and training for employees, safety patrols in which employees regularly visit the warehouse to promptly improve dangerous areas, and the installation of free beverage vending machines in summer to avoid the risk of heat stroke.

We will continue to focus on creating workplaces where everyone can work safely and with smiling faces, while valuing the "ZOZOBASE" mission of "Smile Delivery."
